1. Introduction

Welcome to newpkr, an English-language online gambling information and platform website available at newpkr.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). newpkr is designed to serve Pakistani users with sports betting, cricket markets, live casino content, slots information and responsible gambling guidance — all presented in natural, professional English.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and newpkr governing your access to and use of the Platform, its content, features, functionality and services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and newpkr.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms carry the meanings set out below.

Term	Meaning
"Account"	The registered user account created by you on the Platform, used to access the services offered by newpkr.
"Balance"	The total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits credited to your Account subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the operator's obligations and as described in Section 4 of these Terms.
"Platform"	The newpkr website available at newpkr.cam, including all associated pages, content, functionality and services.
"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited by you into your Account from a payment method in your name, excluding bonus credits.
"Restricted Jurisdiction"	Any territory where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. Users from Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on newpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the relevant license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults only. Gambling by minors is prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any active exclusion order imposed by a regulatory body, court or tribunal.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated or closed for breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

newpkr reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, access to the Account may be suspended pending verification.

4. Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You must ensure this information matches the documents you will subsequently provide for identity verification.

Before withdrawals are processed, and at any other time the Platform determines it necessary, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current Pakistani passport. The document must not be expired, must be fully legible, and must not show signs of alteration.
• Proof of address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence showing your name and current residential address in Pakistan.
• Selfie / liveness check: A photograph or short video of you holding your identity document, taken as directed by the Platform's verification flow.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the deposit payment method is registered in your name — for example, an Easypaisa or JazzCash account screenshot showing account name and number, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or another institution.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances may be forfeited. Where fraud is suspected, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

5. Account Rules & Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. newpkr will never contact you to request your password.

• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify newpkr immediately via the support channels listed in Section 17.
• newpkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must not use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately, balances frozen and the matter reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• newpkr reserves the right to close any Account with or without cause, subject to the settlement of any pending wagers and the return of real-money balances less any charges or deductions permitted under these Terms.

6. Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The Platform may offer deposit methods that include, but are not limited to, mobile wallets (referenced as familiar Pakistani payment brands such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, subject to cashier availability), bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others as available), Raast instant payments, and cryptocurrency where supported. The mention of these payment brand names is for reference and context only and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee that any specific provider supports gambling transactions. You must independently verify method availability in the cashier and the terms of your payment provider before depositing.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
• newpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or mobile wallet providers.
• Deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) will be processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction where currency conversion is involved.
• Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to account inactivity terms as set out in the cashier or separate account policy documentation.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• There must be no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on your Account at the time of the withdrawal request, unless the Platform's published terms expressly permit withdrawal of a real-money portion ahead of bonus completion.
• The withdrawal must meet the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in the cashier.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or an equivalent method in your name, as required under the anti-money laundering obligations of the operator.
• Your Account must be in good standing — no active fraud investigations, duplicate account flags or compliance holds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

newpkr may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP programme benefits and other promotional incentives. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the point of promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, exploiting software errors or engaging in any other behaviour designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion is strictly prohibited. newpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Illustrative figures: Any PKR amounts cited in promotional materials — including on the Platform's informational pages — are illustrative examples only unless specifically confirmed in a live promotion document. Always verify current figures in the active promotions section of your account.
• newpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing the placement and settlement of sports bets, casino wagers and other game types are published in the relevant sections of the Platform. These general Terms provide the overarching framework; game-specific and sports-specific rules provide the operational detail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system except where the Platform's published rules specifically permit in-play cash-out or bet cancellation.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the recording or settlement of a wager, the operator's decision — made in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedure — shall be final.
• Cricket bet settlement — including PSL matches, ICC T20 and bilateral series — will follow the sports rules applicable to the market type. Abandoned matches, interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments will be handled as per the sports rules in place at the time of the event.
• newpkr is not responsible for errors in live odds due to data feed latency. Where material odds errors can be evidenced, newpkr reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per account may be applied. Current limits will be displayed in the cashier or betting interface where applicable.

10. Responsible Gambling

• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform's betting or gaming interfaces.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or sports market.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of newpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of newpkr, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

The newpkr brand name, the newpkr.cam domain, and all associated logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of newpkr or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, logo or brand name of newpkr.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, newpkr, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform's services caused by events beyond newpkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet connectivity failures, acts of government or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes or market data caused by third-party data feed errors, except where such inaccuracy is attributable to newpkr's own negligence.
• Any financial loss arising from your failure to read and understand these Terms, the specific terms of any promotion, or the rules of any game or sports market.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. newpkr does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude newpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

newpkr collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of your Account and the delivery of Platform services. The collection, use, storage, sharing and deletion of your personal data are governed by the newpkr Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering. It describes, among other things, the types of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the circumstances in which it may be shared with third parties, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Specific governing law details are available upon request from the support team.

For Pakistani users: You acknowledge that gambling activities may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, as well as other applicable federal and provincial laws in Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the parties informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Amendments to These Terms

newpkr reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, newpkr will endeavour to provide advance notice through the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance before closing your Account, subject to the conditions in Section 7.
